Extra Yachts Reveals the Sale of Its First X90 Speedy Yacht.

The premier yacht producer, Extra Yachts, has confirmed the selling of the first unit of their X90 Fast model recently. The upscale 27-metre yacht is slated for delivery in summer 2025. The successful sale was coordinated by Kristina Falkone of Aberton Yachts. This marks the third successful partnership between both firms, with previous transactions involving two X96 Triplex hulls.

Design and Layout

The X90 Fast flaunts a sophisticated and contemporary appearance, thanks to Hot Lab, a studio located in Milan. Its unique contours and hidden windows enhance not only its visual charm but also let in abundant sunlight within the yacht. Built wholly from GRP, the yacht provides a roomy and functional arrangement.

The inside of the vessel features a spacious living room, separated from the rear cockpit by a kitchen outfitted with windows that can be raised and lowered. This setup functions both as a divider and a handy pathway for crew members. The engine room is situated behind the crew’s quarters to maintain privacy and convenience. Guests can relish the sun deck, which can be reached through an outside path, keeping the front lounge and the helm exclusively for guest use.

The outdoor areas of the X90 Fast are planned out to give you an engaging experience with the sea and the environment around you. The cockpit has a space for dining, a C-type couch, a place for sun tanning, and a designated spot at water level for swimming. The sundeck is adorned with extra spots for sunbathing, spaces for dining and chilling, and a comprehensively stocked bar. If desired, a second steering station and T-Top can also be incorporated.

Underneath the deck, the yacht provides four dual-size cabins, each furnished with an individual private bathroom. The main cabin is strategically positioned in the middle of the ship, utilizing the 7.1-meter width of the yacht to its full capacity. The crew’s area has room for a four-person occupancy across two cabins, each having its own separate bathroom.

Performance and Capabilities

The X90 Fast draws its power from three IPS 1350 Volvo Penta engines, which allow it to achieve remarkable velocities. It can reach a top speed of 30 knots, has a steady cruising speed of 24 knots, and can cover a distance of 1,000 nautical miles while moving at a speed of 12 knots.
